Hyeok & Loop

On the tray: &The name

The product brand of LoopMade (루프메이드)

A one-person company in Korea building four products right now: an idle game, a cinema seat finder, a habit app and a dungeon game. None of them is public yet.

Products / four in the making

What is being built, and how each one works.

Each product below states the problem it is for, what it does, how it is put together and where it really stands today. Nothing here is public yet. The blue boards are schematics, not screenshots.

In development / not yet in stores

Keycap Growing

  • Idle game
  • iOS and Android
  • Flutter
Problem
A workday has many two-minute gaps and few long ones. A game for those gaps has to keep going while you are away and reward a quick look.
Product
An idle game about mechanical keycaps. You summon keycaps, merge matching ones into rarer ones and fill a collection. It is made together with a friend.

Schematic: a keyboard with one merged keycap.

Structure

  1. 01 Summon

New keycaps arrive on the board.

  2. 02 Merge

Two matching keycaps become one rarer keycap.

  3. 03 Collect

Each new keycap is added to the collection.

  4. 04 Idle

Progress builds up while you are away.

Private build / first hall: Yongsan IMAX

Myeongdang

  • Web service
  • Korean, English, Japanese
  • 3D seat view
Problem
A booking page shows a cinema as a flat grid of squares. It does not show what the screen looks like from a seat, so choosing well takes guesswork.
Product
A best-seat finder for cinemas. Each hall has a seat map with its best-seat zone marked, reviews attached to seats, and a 3D preview of the view from the seat you select.

Schematic: a screen, rows of seats and the best-seat zone.

Structure

  1. 01 Hall

Choose a theatre and one of its halls.

  2. 02 Seat map

The map opens with the best-seat zone marked.

  3. 03 Seat

Select any seat to read its reviews.

  4. 04 View

A 3D preview shows the screen from that seat.

In development

Jaksim

  • Habit app
  • Three-month journey
  • Avatar
Problem
The founder's own: a new goal goes well for a few days, then one rest day turns into stopping. Task managers did not help, because keeping the list up to date became a chore of its own.
Product
A habit app with one journey of three months, marked at 7 days, 14 days, one month and three months. You create an avatar that reflects how steadily you keep going, and each completed day is shared with others working on the same kind of goal.

Schematic: three steps and the avatar climbing them.

Structure

  1. 01 Goal

Register one goal at a time.

  2. 02 Check in

Mark the day done with one action.

  3. 03 Avatar

The avatar and the milestones respond.

  4. 04 Share

Nickname, time and streak go to the community.

In development

Demon Lord, Inc.

  • Web game
  • Dungeon keeping
  • Pixel art
Problem
Raising games nearly always put you on the hero's side, and many only move when a timer says so. The founder wanted the other side of the door, and a fight whenever he felt like one.
Product
A dungeon-keeping game where you run the demon lord's side. You set traps and monsters, start a raid when you choose and use the demon lord's skills during the fight. It is designed to be fun alone, with co-op as an extra layer.

Schematic: a keep with its gate lit.

Structure

  1. 01 Build

Place traps and monsters in the dungeon.

  2. 02 Raid

Start a battle whenever you want one.

  3. 03 Skills

Use the demon lord's skills during the fight.

  4. 04 Grow

What the raid earns goes back into the dungeon.

Pipeline / live today

How one person runs this on Claude.

This is the way work moves here today, from a request to a deployed change. Claude coding agents do the steps. The founder directs and approves.

Founder

Directs every request and approves every result.

  1. 01 Request

    Asked in a chat thread

The founder writes what he wants in plain words in a chat thread. Each piece of work gets its own thread.

  2. 02 Plan

    Turned into a written plan

A planning step turns the request into a written plan with success criteria before any code changes.

  3. 03 Build

    Agents work in parallel

Several Claude coding-agent sessions take separate tracks of the plan at the same time.

    • Track A
    • Track B
    • Track C
  4. 04 Review

    Checked by a separate step

A separate review step checks the work against the plan and sends it back when something is missing.

  5. 05 Visual QA

    Looked at, not assumed

Screens are captured as real screenshots at desktop and mobile widths and inspected before anything ships.

    • Desktop
    • Mobile
  6. 06 Deploy

    Shipped to Cloudflare

Approved changes are deployed to Cloudflare. This page was planned, built, checked and deployed this way.

Overnight

Long tasks can run unattended overnight and report back in the thread they started from.

Why Claude

What Claude does here, and why it fits.

A one-person company only works if the tools can carry whole pieces of work, not single answers. These are the jobs Claude has here and the strengths this way of working depends on.

What it is used for

  • CodingLive today

  • OperationsLive today
  • Documents and emailNext

Which strengths matter

Long autonomous coding sessions

A track of work can run for a long time without the founder watching each step, which is what lets one person keep several products moving.

Following a written plan

Work stays inside the plan and its success criteria, so parallel tracks do not drift apart.

Careful review

The review step reads the result against the plan and reports what is unverified instead of calling it done.

Planned / not built yet

What comes next.

Today Claude builds and runs the products. The next step is Claude inside them. Neither item below exists yet, and the dashed edge means exactly that.

  • Planned / Myeongdang

A seat recommendation in plain words

Claude reads the reviews attached to seats together with the hall's seat geometry and answers one question: which seat suits this person for this film. In Korean, English and Japanese.

  • Planned / the company

    Documents and email

The same pipeline that ships code takes on the company's documents and email, so the founder's time stays on deciding what to make.

Company

Who is behind this.

Hyeok & Loop is the product brand of LoopMade (루프메이드), a sole proprietorship registered in Korea on 18 May 2026. One founder, no employees, no outside funding.

Hyeok

The founder

Janghyeok Yun, who goes by Hyeok, founded the company and is its only member. He directs the agents, approves the results and decides what gets made.

  • Runs several small bets at once instead of one large one.
  • Dislikes friction, and builds things that remove it.
  • Wants interfaces that are easy to use and carefully finished.
  • Builds, deploys and operates everything with Claude coding agents.

Loop

The way of working

The second half of the name is the method. Press Remake on the tray at the top of this page to see it in miniature.

  1. 01 Make

    Make something small.

  2. 02 Show

Put it in front of people.

  3. 03 Learn

See what they actually do with it.

  4. 04 Remake

Tear it down and make it again.
